Surprise! An open beta test for the fast-paced mech multiplayer game Mecha BREAK is being held on PC, and it will premiere in weeks.

Amazing Seasun Games, the game’s developer, announced today that it will host a pre-launch beta for everyone from August 10 to August 13. Additionally, a limited access test from August 2 to August 8 will be available to dedicated gamers and those who have taken part in previous testing. Tomorrow is the start of registration on its Steam page.

Players can test out the 6v6 mode and employ Stego, a new mech, in the Mecha BREAK open beta. According to Amazing Seasun, this most recent build “brings significant modifications to the overall faster tempo for all mechs, time-to-kill, and the rhythm of combat.” You can also try your luck at obtaining a code by pre-registering on the website, watching gaming on Twitch, or joining the Mecha BREAK Discord channel if you are interested in joining limited access before the open beta opens to all users.

According to Amazing Seasun, during the beta phase, gamers can interact directly with the action in Mecha BREAK while the studio checks server load and reliability. North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific area will all be able to purchase Severs.

The objective of Mecha BREAK is to immerse players in a chaotic mech battle. This entails taking control of massive metal weapons in settings such as 6v6 Battlefield, 3v3 Arena, and a massive 60-player PvEvP option. Gamers can further personalize their mechs to their preference, and it includes designs by Death Stranding veteran Takayuki Yanase as well as designs from Gundam, Metal Gear, Armored Core, and Metal Gear.

We experienced Mecha BREAK firsthand earlier this year, and we were enthralled with the hellish dream it aspires to. We said at the time that the early build’s “fun, dazzling mech action” left us “wanting more.” The release date is unknown. Ahead of Mecha BREAK’s release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X | S, more information should be available.
