A preview of Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions’ gameplay has been released by Warner Bros. Games.

The gameplay for Unbroken Studios’ game, which is based on the magical sport of Quidditch made popular by the Harry Potter series, is shown in the “Welcome Students” pre-order trailer, which is below.

In addition to showcasing the game’s online competitive mode and single-player Career Mode, the movie provides an exclusive look at the character creator. Numerous well-known characters are present, including as Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, and Harry Potter.

A glimpse of the Quidditch World Cup Stadium and several arenas situated in well-known wizarding world locales are also included. This is the official synopsis:

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions emphasizes the thrill of flying across legendary arenas as either a Beater, Chaser, Keeper, or Seeker in a number of modes. It features beloved wizarding world places, characters, and references. Playing as – or against – renowned characters like Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and many more classic characters, players will soar into epic battlefields from backyard battles in the Weasley Burrow to high-stakes showdowns at the Quidditch World Cup.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions features an intriguing release plan from Warner Bros. Games. On September 3, it becomes available digitally for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. But on November 8, 2024, the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One will not be able to play the Physical Deluxe Edition. There is a “this Holiday season” release window for the Nintendo Switch version.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will be available on PlayStation Plus from September 3 to September 30 according to Sony. Moreover, PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to purchase a redemption pack featuring the Firebolt Supreme Broom Skin during this period. PlayStation Plus subscribers who download the game during this time will have access to it for as long as they are a member, according to Warner Bros. Games.

The pricing of the Digital and Physical Deluxe Editions is $39.99, while the Digital Standard Edition is $29.99. The main game, the Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Gryffindor House Packs, and 2,000 gold to spend in-game are all included in the Deluxe Edition.

Interestingly, Warner Bros. Games explicitly stated that, as of right now, “no plans for microtransactions in the game.” Only by progressing through the game can one gain gold.
