Dragon Ball: Electrifying! The DLC 1: Hero of Justice pack, which includes 11 new heroes and more, will be Zero’s first significant downloadable content release on January 23.

The addition was teased by Bandai Namco in the teaser below. The release date was also disclosed, along with the information that anyone who purchases the $34.99 Season Pass—which will eventually include three complete DLC packs—can access it on January 20 at 3 p.m. Pacific, 6 p.m. Eastern, and 11 p.m. UK.

Gohan (Super Hero), Gohan (Super Hero, Super Saiyan 2), Ultimate Gohan (Super Hero), Gohan (Beast), Piccolo (Super Hero), Piccolo (Potential Unlocked), Orange Piccolo, Orange Piccolo (Giant), Gamma, Gamma 2, and Cell Max are among the eleven new characters that all appear at once.

Along with three unique bouts, the bundle also includes Piccolo’s Red Ribbon soldier outfit as a costume. Bandai Namco hinted at “that is not all” as well, although she did not specify what other extras fans should anticipate.

Dragon Ball: Electrifying! Zero proved incredibly successful for the publisher, surpassing three million sales in a single day. It became the first sequel to the beloved Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series in 15 years when it launched in October 2024.

Fans of the anime immediately fell for its appreciation of Dragon Ball lore, with elements such as the Encyclopaedia Mode.

Since Great Ape Vegeta possessed the sought-after combination of random, relentless, and fast attacks that all deal significant damage, they were not even upset when one battle proved to be quite challenging at launch. Early in the game’s campaign, players were furious with its location and difficulty, but Bandai Namco reassured them that it was OK to reduce the level and go on.
