Microsoft has revealed which games, including Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled, will be available on Xbox Game Pass in December 2024, with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle as the main attraction.

MachineGames‘ eagerly awaited release, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, marks Indy’s first official entry into the video game industry. Arriving as a day one release on December 9, the first-person single-player adventure challenges players to solve one of the biggest mysteries in history.

Gamexta stated in our preview that “gamers of all ages should be interested in this game.” “Because The Great Circle might be even better than the studio’s recent Wolfenstein reboots, which were already excellent.”

Nitro’s Crash Team Racing Fueled, a vibrant kart racer similar to Mario Kart, is distinct. In its 8/10 review, Gamexta stated, “Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is a kart racer worth playing but it is not without its difficulties.” This was due to the game’s difficulty, distinctive track design, and addicting power-slide mechanism.

On the racing front, EA Sports WRC will be accessible to Game Pass customers on December 5 and will feature rally championship action. However, it did not review as well as earlier entries. In our 6/10 review, we stated that “EA Sports WRC seems like a brilliant racing game attempting to claw its way out of an unfinished one.”

Arriving on the same day is Overthrown. The description says, “In this chaotic city builder for one to six people, you can build and control your kingdom by lifting and throwing anything.” “Farm the land, gather resources, and use the power of your soul-stealing crown to protect your folks against mutants and robbers.”

Set in the town of Snowdell, Wildfrost is a tactical roguelike deckbuilder that arrives in the middle of winter. Its survivors are the last line of defense against an unending winter now that the sun has frozen over.

The next entry, the side-scrolling action game Carrion, completely rewrites the conventional hero saves-the-day story. In our 7/10 review, Gamexta stated that “Carrion nails the power fantasy of being a horror movie monster, but makes exploration a chore that padding the journey.”

Those who do not have an Ultimate subscription may also anticipate some new games, as Xbox Game Pass Core will get DayZ and Goat Simulator, while Xbox Game Pass Standard will get titles like Humanity and Forza Motorsport.

This month, a few games are also departing Xbox Game Pass; however, those who wish to play them later can save 20% on their full price by buying them now while they are still accessible through the subscription program.
