On October 1, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will feature Zoe Lawton, a supervillain also known as Lawless, daughter of Deadshot, added by Rocksteady.

In an X/Twitter post, the studio revealed the new character along with the news that Season 3 premieres that day.

Lawless, the daughter of Deadshot, has long been mentioned in the narrative of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, but her formal playability has only recently been verified. Nevertheless, early this year’s sources indicated she might finally be included in the game.

Given the difficult circumstances surrounding Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, fans will undoubtedly be pleased to hear this news.

Issues surfaced almost immediately as players who paid extra to play sooner were thrown away after an hour while Rocksteady fixed a fault. The game was released in January

David Zaslav, the head of Warner Bros. Discovery, called Suicide Squad a failure, and this was just the beginning of many fan annoyances. Employees at Rocksteady were purportedly let go earlier in September.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League received a dismal review from critics. Gamexta, in its 5/10 review, described it as “a repetitive and dull looter-shooter that, despite a compelling story, never stays fun for long enough.” 2024 as a live-service title with characters including Harley Quinn and Deadshot.
