Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone is a post-apocalyptic action role-playing game that combines non-linear storytelling with hard combat, crafting, squad and base management, and free exploration of a vast and incredibly realistic open environment. As a planewalker, you traverse parallel dimensions in pursuit of Chernobylite, a high-grade, highly energetic substance. You are surrounded by hordes of nightmarish creatures, cut off from the outside world, and forced to battle for your life to save the few survivors that are still alive.

Discover the expansive and authentically rendered open environment that is the actual Chornobyl Exclusion Zone. The zone has been overtaken by Chernobylite, which has altered many of its components. People are attempting to protect themselves from it by utilizing prototype technology.

Make your hero and watch him grow. Both the style of discussion and the efficacy of combat will be influenced by traits and abilities. A haughty martial artist attempting to frighten everyone with a large sword? Or a cunning sharpshooter who consistently locates the appropriate points of contention? You have the option.

Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone, the follow-up to the 2021 first-person sci-fi survival horror shooter, has been revealed by developer Farm 51. With open-world combat, crafting, squad, and base administration, and nonlinear storytelling, the new game seeks to create a realistic and engaging post-apocalyptic action RPG. In 2025, it will launch on PCs and consoles.

In Chernobylite 2, the player assumes the role of a planewalker who traverses multiple universes in pursuit of the eponymous Chernobylite, an extremely valuable and potent substance. As you pursue that mission, you will face off against grotesque monsters and try to rally the surviving human survivors. View the first screenshots in the gallery below and the announcement trailer above.

Along with adding an open world, the sequel promises to improve on all the parts of the previous game that people enjoyed, including the story, side characters, relationship dynamics, combat, weapons and gadgets, exploration, and more. Online cooperation for the campaign is also included.

As developments continue, we will have more on Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone. If you are interested, add it to your Steam wishlist.
